Executive Advisory Board
True to the firm's operational orientation, Hilco Equity created the Hilco Equity Management Executive Advisory Board, which consists of senior executives representing a broad cross-section of industries. Board members, many of whom are Limited Partners, provide Hilco with an expanded network of business relationships along with valuable industry and operating insights. These insights and relationships not only enhance the quantity and quality of investment opportunities available to Hilco Equity Management, but also serve as a valuable resource to the Fund's portfolio companies as they develop and execute revitalization and growth strategies. Hilco Equity's Executive Advisory Board currently consists of the following individuals:

- William Brasser: Managing Director, GE Capital Commercial Finance.
- Todd DeYoung: Vice President of Marketing and Distribution Strategy, Allstate Property and Casualty Company.
- Arnold Dratt: Executive Vice President, Hilco Trading Co., Inc.
- Harry Freund: Co-Founder and Chairman, Balfour Investors Inc. (Merchant Banking Firm).
